The reels can cover features and benefits of your products/services, answering customer questions, guides and tours, or be simple or funny. The options are endless!

If you are not local that's okay too. Just post your goodies to us in Ramsgate NSW and we have you covered!
The best thing is that all video content can be used across multiple socials meaning you have content for days!

Q - Do you have payment plans available?
A - Yes! Please send me an email Emily@northcottandco.com and we can work out a weekly or fortnightly plan for you.
Q - Can I add on to my package? Will this be discounted?
A - Yes you can add to your package and they will be discounted. We are happy to create a personalised bundle specific for you and your business.
Q - What's needed from me?
A - Great question! If you are local, please have a list of anything you would like to be covered in our day together. That way nothing gets missed. If you are not local, I will need you to send the products you wish to be used in reels to me in Ramsgate NSW. If you would like these products returned please send a return postage bag/box and a charge of $40 will be applied.
Q - Is it easy to contact you if I need something?
A - Very easy. Once you are on board you will have access to message or call on instagram, email, or even send through a text. I am that organised person who doesn't like a notification to sit there long, so don't stress, I will get back to you asap!
